Through mentoring, my podcast and content I help women move beyond simply getting through life after divorce and into a chapter that feels lighter, easier and genuinely exciting to wake up to everyday.

I know what it’s like to have a life that looks successful on paper, but somehow feels like something in it no longer fits you.

Before I became a mentor and coach, I spent more than 25 years working in public relations, leading teams, building brands and developing communications strategies for some of the world's most recognised organisations.

From the outside, my life looked exactly how I thought success was supposed to look. A successful career, a beautiful little family, a life that kept moving forward. But underneath it all was a feeling I couldn't quite explain.

Life worked. It just didn't feel the way I thought it would.

Then ten years ago, just before I turned 40, my marriage ended suddenly.

Like many women, I focused on what needed to happen next – stabilising my daughter, handling the responsibilities, the rebuild and my emotions.

Once the dust settled, I knew I had to switch from asking ‘How do I recover from this?’ to ‘What do I actually want my life to look like now?’ instead.

That question changed everything, because what followed wasn't about starting over - it was about creating a life that fit who I was now, with more ease in my days, more trust in the decisions I was making and that feeling of actually being alive in my own life again

Today, this is the work I know I was put here to help other women do.

Not because their lives are broken or need fixing, but because there comes a point after divorce where surviving is no longer the goal.
